A Post Graduate in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, U.K. has the distinction of serving the FMCG / Personal Care Industry across 5 global regions in multidimensional & leadership positions with large and renowned MNCs.

Madhumeeta Dhar Ray

Founder Director & CRO

A PGDM-Finance and a Cost Accountant by education and a trained Cosmetologist from the DIOR School, Paris had a long stint with Genpact in Finance before moving to Divine Organics to Head its R&D wing and develop a whole host of ECOCERT COSMOS V3 compliant organic cosmetic formulations.

Waquar Ahmad

Executive Director & CMO

An MBA with major in Marketing with 30+ years of multifunctional Industry experience in Personal Care industry with brands like Nivea, Pears (Division of Unilever), Pierre Fabre, Dabur, Himalaya & Henkel across India & the Middle East. Will lead the Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain functions.

Anish Modi

A London Business School Alumni who is a specialist in finance and provides strategic advice to help companies grow to and achieve their potential. He has been a Partner of ADM Capital, a $ 2.3 bn fund, prior to which he has significant experience in Corporate Finance and Strategy.

Has headed operations of many other companies like Dr Reddy’s Lab & Marico Industries. He is a visionary and global coach, mentor & advisor.
